The Dumarao Regional Evacuation Center was filled with pride on June 9, 2026, as the Bachelor of Science in Criminology program at Capiz State University (CAPSU)–Dumarao Satellite College held its Internship Graduation Ceremony.
In the program, Mayor Atty. Mateo C. Hachuela delivered a message to the graduates and extended his respect to both graduates and their parents for the perseverance, dedication, and tireless hard work throughout the course of their education. Mayor Hachuela also took the opportunity to express his gratitude to the college faculty and staff, as well as the administration and local officials headed by Dr. Marie Jean Penson, Satellite College Director, for their commitment to providing quality education that produced skilled, disciplined, and professional graduates.
The event also featured Guest Speaker Pat. Wowie P. Eldio, who provided words of wisdom to the incoming professionals as they prepare for the world outside the classroom.
