In celebration of the Padagyaw Festival 2026, the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Dumarao, through its Primary Health Care Facility, in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross, successfully conducted the “Dugo Ko, Padagyaw Ko” Bloodletting Activity at the Dumarao Civic Center, July 21, 2026.
This meaningful initiative embodies the true spirit of Padagyaw by promoting compassion, unity, and volunteerism while helping ensure an adequate blood supply for those in need.
