The infrastructure projects underscore the tangible benefits of the LGU’s high performance standards:
* Eco Solid Waste Management Park Access Road: Completed in October 2024, this road upgrade was made possible through the SGLG Incentive Fund earned by the Municipality of Dumarao for passing the 2023 Seal of Good Local Governance.
* Municipal Plaza Solar Streetlights: Completed in August 2025, this project was secured through the 2024 SGLG Incentive Fund also earned by the Municipality of Dumarao for passing the 2024 Seal of Good Local Governance.
The official turnover was led by DILG representatives, including Capiz Provincial Director, Cheryl Tacda and Municipal Local Government Operations Officer, Ponciano Alvero. The projects were formally received by Mayor Mateo C. Hachuela and Vice Mayor Gleah Rose Hachuela and were joined by Barangay Captains Cyrus Hitalia of Brgy. Aglalana and Jose Philip Labanza of Brgy. Pob. Ilaya.
Sangguniang Bayan members, various Department Heads, and employees of the LGU Dumarao were also present in the ceremony.
