The Capiz Provincial Government, headed by Hon. Fredenil Castro, through the Provincial Health Office, headed by Dr. Alex Nolasco, in partnership with the Dumarao Primary Care Facility, headed by Dr. Maridel Fuentes, successfully conducted the GUGMA “Medical-Dental Mission” on August 31, 2026, at Lawaan, Dumarao, Capiz.
With the theme, “Kabuhi Mo, Gugma Ko; Ang Ikaayong Lawas Mo, Angga Ko,” the activity brought essential medical and dental services closer to the community, promoting accessible healthcare and reminding everyone that good health is an expression of care and love.
Mayor Matt Hachuela graced the activity and delivered his message of support, while Vice Mayor Gley Hachuela gave the closing remarks.
