Dumarao once again came alive with vibrant colors, and the rich cultural expressions of its people during the Mattan-aw Ta: Padagyaw Cultural Performances and Street Dance, held on August 1, 2026, in Dumarao, Capiz.
Through the powerful performances of the participating groups, the event highlighted the traditions, stories, talents, and identity that make the people of Dumarao truly unique.
A total of 8 sectors, 33 barangays, 8 high schools, and 31 elementary schools participated in the celebration, transforming the streets and performance area of Dumarao into a vibrant stage of cultural expression.
