We were graced by the presence of Governor Fredenil Castro and Congresswoman Jane Castro during the rice distribution program for the people of Dumarao, Capiz, held on August 14, 2026, at Brgy. Dacuton, Dumarao, Capiz, and the Dumarao Civic Center.
The activity brought together 4Ps members, farmers, senior citizens, and other sectors of the community, with Municipal Mayor Matt Hachuela leading the local government’s efforts in facilitating this initiative. The distribution of rice served as a concrete expression of support for families and individuals, particularly those who continue to face challenges brought about by rising living costs and economic pressures.
This initiative has demonstrated that true public service goes beyond programs and assistance—it is about reaching out to the people, understanding their needs, and ensuring that government support reaches those who need it most.
